Returns, Exchanges & Buyback

7-day exchanges

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your jewellery. Our standard made-to-order pieces are eligible. Exchange pickup within India is free.

Contact us with your order number and the piece you would like to exchange. We will confirm the next steps and the availability of your replacement.

Condition and packaging

Jewellery must be unused and in its original condition, with its original packaging, certificates, warranty cards, tags and invoice. Requests may be declined if the jewellery shows signs of wear, has been altered or resized externally, or its packaging, certificates or tags are missing or incomplete.

Exceptions

Customised, engraved or personalised jewellery, earrings for hygiene reasons, and final-sale or clearance products are not eligible for the 7-day return or exchange policy. This does not exclude standard made-to-order pieces solely because they are made after an order is placed.

Return and refund requests

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a return. Eligible refunds are processed after quality inspection and returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lifetime exchange & buyback

URAURA offers lifetime exchange and buyback. Gold is assessed using its verified weight and purity and the prevailing market rate at the time of assessment. Deductions may apply depending on the jewellery’s condition.

You can use the assessed value towards another piece or request a buyback payout. We will explain the valuation, any deductions, the assessment of diamonds or other stones, any price difference and additional making charges before you decide to proceed.

We aim to process payouts promptly. Your payment method and expected payout timing will be confirmed with you before proceeding.
