Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
• International orders may attract customs duties and import taxes payable by the customer.

Intellectual Property

• All website content including logos, designs, photographs, videos, renders, text, graphics, and jewellery designs belong exclusively to Uraura.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

• Uraura reserves the right to accept or decline any order.

Certification & Authenticity

Jewellery Authenticity

• All jewellery sold by Uraura is guaranteed authentic.
  
• Diamond jewellery may include IGI/GIA/SGL certification where applicable.
  
• Gold jewellery may be BIS hallmarked.

Weight Variations

• Minor variations in weight may occur due to handcrafted manufacturing.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Custom Orders

• Custom jewellery requires advance payment.
  
• CAD renders, wax approvals, or design approvals may be final before production.
  
• Production timelines may vary.

Custom Design Ownership

Uraura retains rights to design concepts unless agreed otherwise in writing.

No Cancellation / Return

Customized products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

Limitation of Liability

• Uraura shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.
  
• Uraura is not responsible for delays caused by external logistics providers.

 

User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the website
• Attempt unauthorized access
  
• Upload malicious content

Privacy & Data Protection
