• URAURA reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

• Customers must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• Users under 18 years of age must use the platform under parental or guardian supervision.

Product Representation

• Product images are professionally photographed and may slightly differ from actual products due to lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted variations.
  
• All jewellery measurements, weights, gemstone sizes, and colours are approximate.
• Natural diamonds and gemstones may contain slight inclusions and variations.

Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Product prices shown before tax exclude GST. Applicable GST and the final payable total are shown at checkout before payment.
• We currently deliver within India only.

Intellectual Property

• All website content including logos, designs, photographs, videos, renders, text, graphics, and jewellery designs belong exclusively to URAURA.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

Orders & Payments

Order Acceptance

• URAURA reserves the right to accept or decline any order.
• Orders may be cancelled in cases of:
      Pricing errors
      Product unavailability
      Suspicious transactions
      Payment verification failure

Payment Terms

• Payments must be completed before order processing.
• Accepted payment methods may include:
      Credit/Debit Cards
      UPI
      Net Banking
      EMI
      Wallets
  

Fraud Prevention

• URAURA reserves the right to request identity verification before processing high-value orders.
• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may be reported to authorities.

Manufacturing Warranty

• Lifetime manufacturing warranty

Our lifetime manufacturing warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Loose prongs
• Structural defects

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches
  
• Stone loss due to impact
  
• Misuse
  
• Improper storage
  
• Third-party repairs or alterations
  
• Exposure to chemicals or perfumes

Complimentary Services

URAURA offers the following complimentary services:

• Free cleaning
  
• Inspection services
  
• Prong tightening
  
• One-time ring resizing

Certification & Authenticity

Jewellery Authenticity

• All jewellery sold by URAURA is guaranteed authentic.
  
• Diamond jewellery may include IGI/GIA/SGL certification where applicable.
  
• Gold jewellery may be BIS hallmarked.

Weight Variations

• Minor variations in weight may occur due to handcrafted manufacturing.

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Custom Orders

• Custom jewellery requires advance payment.
  
• CAD renders, wax approvals, or design approvals may be final before production.
  
• Every piece is made to order and delivered within 15 days of placing your order, with free delivery within India.

Custom Design Ownership

URAURA retains rights to design concepts unless agreed otherwise in writing.

No Cancellation / Return

Bespoke, personalised and engraved pieces are generally non-refundable and non-returnable. Standard made-to-order pieces are eligible for our seven-day exchange policy. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for conditions and exclusions.

Limitation of Liability

• URAURA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the website
• Attempt unauthorized access
  
• Upload malicious content
  
• Use the platform for fraudulent activity

Privacy & Data Protection

• Payment details are processed through secure gateways.
• URAURA does not store full card details.

Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed under Indian law.
• Jurisdiction may be limited to Mumbai, Maharashtra.
